Why this page exists
FoundationMatch passes what you submit (your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and the job you picked) to one company that pays us for the request. Some privacy laws call that a sale or sharing of personal information, and give you the right to opt out. This page is the way to do it.
How to opt out
Use the form below with the email address or phone number you used on the request, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we treat as the same opt-out. You can also write to support@foundationmatchusa.com. We handle opt-outs by hand until an automated tool exists, so allow a few days, and we will confirm by email if you give us one.

What an opt-out does and does not do
It stops us from sending your details to a company in future. It does not recall a request already sent, and it does not stop a company that already has your number from contacting you; for that, tell the company to stop, and tell us so we can pass it on. You do not need to opt out to stop calls and texts: reply STOP to a text or ask the company to stop.
